Welcome to FardeenAutoDeals. By placing an order through our website, social media pages, or via direct message, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message. Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
2. Product Details
We strive to provide accurate product information, images, and descriptions. Slight variations in color/design may occur due to lighting or screen display differences.
3. Payments
We accept Prepaid and Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders only.
Customers placing COD orders must pay a partial advance amount before dispatch. The remaining amount is to be paid at the time of delivery.
Full COD is not available.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are mentioned in our Shipping Policy. Delays caused by courier companies, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
5. Returns & Replacements
We do not offer refunds. Only replacement is provided in case of damaged or incorrect products. Refer to our Return & Replacement Policy for full details. An unboxing video is mandatory for any claims.
6. Use of Products
Products sold by FardeenAutoDeals are for personal use only. Any misuse or illegal use of the product is not our responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
FardeenAutoDeals is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Please review this page periodically for any updates.
