No Return & No Refund Policy
At Fardeenautodeals, once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or replaced if the correct product (as shown and described on our website, social media, or videos) has been delivered.
We clearly show and describe our products before purchase. By placing an order, you agree to receive the same product as displayed. Therefore:
- No refunds will be issued.
- No returns will be accepted.
- No replacements will be provided for change of mind, personal preference, or any misunderstanding after delivery.
Damaged or Wrong Item Policy
A replacement will only be provided in the following cases:
- If the product is received damaged.
- If a wrong item is sent from our side by mistake.
Conditions for replacement:
- You must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- A proper unboxing video (without cuts or pauses) is mandatory.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided.
After verification and approval, we will arrange a replacement of the same product.
Please Note:
- Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
- Only replacement is applicable for approved damaged or wrong item cases.
